Shipping & Delivery
- Orders once placed will take 4-6 business days to process.
- Once an order has been processed we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.
- Laser's Edge Design will ship your order via Canada Post.
- All products will ship from Red Deer Alberta Canada
- Upon checkout, you will be given the estimated delivery times for any available and supported levels of Canada Post service – such as Expedited or Xpress. Please allow up to 4 additional business days for Laser's Edge Designs order processing. Therefore, the arrival of your order will depend on your geographic location in Canada or the United States and the shipping level that you select at the time of checkout, such as Expedited or X-presspost.
- Please be advised that Canada Post may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not leave them at the door.)
- If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email.
- Once the order is in the hands of Canada Post/Courier or any other shipping provider, and we have given you your tracking number we are no longer responsible for it. We do however insure all of our outgoing packages so that you are protected.
- Laser's Edge Design cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date of products outside of Canada due to customs.
